Wang, Xin: the Chinese Military Could not Be A Tool of the China Communist Party’s Regime
王新(Wang,Xin)
The constitution set by the Chinese government, clearly provides that “the Chinese military belongs to the Chinese people”. The Chinese government attempts to satisfy the public that the essence of the Chinese army is the Chinese people’s public servant, the troops led by the China Communist Party is the Chinese people’s army, and the Chinese Forces does not belong to any political party, but belong to the Chinese people.
As to the common of the Forces, the Chinese Communist Party gives a contradictory explanation to the public: China Communist Party acts on behalf of the Chinese people to control the military, China Communist Party commanding the army is actually the Chinese people directing the military. Virtually, the country and the Chinese Forces are administered by China Communist Party, therefore “the Chinese people command the military” is just a lie. Today’s Chinese army is a tool that helps China Communist Party to rule and repress the Chinese people. The June Forth Movement in 1989 was suppressed by the military submitted to the China Communist Party, which is an irrefutable proof.
The Chinese military could not be a tool of the China Communist Party’s regime, it must submit to a government which is elected by the people according to legally prescribed procedure, it must belong to the state and the people. Whether China would become a democratic country or not depends on an extremely pivotal condition——“the nationalization of the Forces”.
