Zhao, Xiuli: the Family Planning Tramples the Chinese Women’s Human Rights

The Chinese women have no human rights, they have to bare plentiful sufferings from the life, and are always mistreated and physically abused, and quite a number of women experience domestic violence. During these decades, the Chinese government compels hundreds of Chinese women to receive ligation operation under the veil of controlling population growth, for the purpose of developing economy. Even many women were forced to get abortion operation that kills baby in the womb.
The Chinese women are treated unfairly, but they cannot seek relief from anywhere. They cannot protect themselves or resolve the problem by means of law, they cannot complain of their wrongs to anybody, since the government does not belong to the Chinese people, and it is not considerate of the Chinese women. All the facts show that the Chinese government deprives the Chinese women of the human rights.
The family planning tramples the Chinese women’s human rights as well as the law. Literally, the family planning which is all to the good, but the Chinese government infringes the Chinese women’s bodies and makes a forcible control over the fertility rate, which destroys the natural structure and balance. As it turns out that China’s family planning have much more harms than benefits, so the policy must be abolished.
