Zhang, Fenglian: The Birth Control Policy Violates the Law of Nature
张凤莲(Zhang,Fenglian)
During the progress of performing the birth control policy and related regulations, regardless of race and age, any woman who is in line with the reproductive condition must strictly abide by the cruel policy. Many women of childbearing age experienced compulsory abortion that is so-called “birth control enforcement”. The birth control policy violates the Chinese women’s right to bear children, as well as basic human rights.
Not only does the birth control policy violate the law of nature, but also strangles the Chinese women’s wish of bearing children. What’s more, the policy exerts a negative influence on the population’s age structure, sex structure, and race structure in China, and infringes ethics and morality. Our human begins are moving forward into civilized life, the Chinese common cannot stand a government that slows population growth rate at the expense of the women’s physical and mental health, and basic human rights.
Now it seems that the birth control policy does more harm than good, and brings endless harm. It is the law of nature to bear children normally, thus bearing children cannot be listed in the government’s plan. Consequently, to abolish the birth control policy will be favorable for the improvement of the Chinese women’s basic human rights.
