Sun,Fengyun: Strongly Condemn the Chinese Communist Party for Threating and Intimidating my Family

China Democracy Party has been fighting with Chinese Communist Party for over decade since the first day of its foundation in June 25, 1998, for the democracy and freedom in China, and rule of law. Because of that many members of China Democracy Party get arrested and put in prison, some family members have also been implicated, getting long-term harassment and inhumane treatments. Achieving the goal of freedom and democracy in China has been our consistent position. The China Democrats overseas, like us, demand the Chinese Communist government to renounce violence, stopping abusing human rights and all terrorist acts. We ask the Chinese Communist government abandon the long-term one party rule, allow the opposition parties to participate in governing election, establishing a multi-party democratic constitutional system.
Based on this brief, I joined the China Democracy Party in America, becoming a member of it. I openly participated in many protest rallies in front of the Chinese Consulate General in New York held by China Democracy Party, also made speeches; besides, I participated in rallies in front of the White House and the capital of the United States in Washington, DC, publicly urging the Chinese government to improve the human rights situation. I also published articles on internet, asking to end the dictatorship in China, improving the human rights situation in China, and then implement the constitutional democracy.
The Chinese Communist government not only denied my proposals, also sent policemen to threat and intimidate my family in China, saying once find me I would be put in jail. I will not succumb to threats and intimidation, and express a strong protest to the violent acts of Chinese government.
