Wang, Shoushan: The Chinese Government cannot Violate People’s Rights
王寿山(Wang,Shoushan)
Chinese government officials oppress people, wantonly violate people’s rights, tramp on human rights for a long time, but the government does not have enough relevant laws to restrain them, and always use “discipline” to replace the law, actually this is a disguised form of protection to the government officials. As a result, these unscrupulous people become more corrupt. In order to get a good work performance and potential benefits, some local government officials force people to remove their housing, use people’s land, and also use violence to deal with ordinary people.
Facing such a poor human rights situation, but the Chinese government claims that human rights in China now are the best period in the history. Using lies to deceit the international society. In China, it is government and government officials who violate human rights. If dealing with the government officials who break the law, the government does not use law, instead use party discipline to protect them, letting the people violating human rights get rid of punishment. From the current human rights situation, China is a country with very bad human rights record.
China’s constitution gives people basic rights, and one of them is basic human rights. One person’s basic human right is deprived, then he or she would have no protection at all, not even mentioning dignity. Chinese people’s human rights are not given by government, not given by government officials, but are given by God, any organization and group cannot violate.
