Jin,Yingyu: Calling the Chinese Government to Make Contributions to Environmental Protection

The Chinese government is developing economy at one hand, but is destroying ecological environment at the other hand. Large areas of forest has been deforested, and forest area is decreasing gradually; since largely developing animal husbandry, wetland and grassland are seriously destroyed and in rapid degradation. Today, sandstorms, acid rain, floods, landslides are very normal, some civilians’ land and houses were destroyed in the disaster, some people died in the disaster. Overall, the environment in China is totally destroyed, and continues to deteriorate.
Environmental pollution brings a negative impact on China’s economic development and people’s lives, we call the Chinese government to pay attention to environmental protection, reduce the pollution to air, water and natural environment, promote clean energy, and strengthen the legislation and enforcement of the environmental protection, managing the environmental problem fundamentally.
It would be important to let every government official take the responsibility of environmental protection, making every government official has the awareness of environmental protection. Meanwhile, the government needs to promote the concept of environmental protection, making environmental protection be an important part of each citizen’s work and life.
