The power of the Chinese government does not belong to the people, which mean that Chinese government’s power does not require the public and law’s supervision. It also leads the problem that Chinese government officials do not obey laws, do not let people supervise. Today’s Chinese Communist government officials totally forget their job is to serve people, and whatever they do already have lost people’s trust. They think that if they do not use their power, it will expire. They use their power to do money trade, getting all the benefits.

Corruption exacerbated the social gap between the rich and the poor. Looking at these corrupted government officials, most of them have a story of Studying and working hard. However, they all have human weakness. They take an advantage of the political loopholes in the system, easily escape the legal supervision, and gradually walk toward corruption. Their lives are so extravagant, spending money like water, and finally degenerate into corrupted officials.

Analyzing all the government official corruption cases, they all have something in common. They all take an advantage of the weakness that under an authoritarian system the power is concentrated and is not subject to legal constrains. Thus, they can openly trade money and power, from which they will get a lot of benefits. From this, we can tell that the serious corruption problem in China is not people’s problem, but the political system’s problem.
