Hu,Mingshan: Common People in China Have No Basic Human Rights

Under China’s corrupt political system, ordinary Chinese people have no basic human rights, many people have suffered physical and mental persecution. Most farmers have no efficient agricultural equipments so that they have to engage in high-strength physical work in the fields; workers in the factories have to work excessively without effective environmental protections, and perennially suffered the harm of waste gas and noise. Many people have no medical insurance so that they cannot afford the medical expenses when they get ill.
At present, farmers and worker accounted for the majority of the population in China, of which live in the bottom of society and belong to vulnerable groups, and they suffered the exploitation and oppression from the communist government. Since ancient times, officials stuck together against the masses, so that people who live in the bottom of the society have no place to find justice, and have no money to see a doctor as well as attend school. It shows that in today’s China, ordinary people have no basic human rights.
Although Chinese people are still struggling in the suffering, the concept of democracy and freedom as well as human rights have gradually been recognized by them. Chinese People have started to concern the future of the country and pursue freedom, democracy and human rights. They hope China become to be a democratic country with a sound legal system, fairness and justice.
