Lin, Changzhong: Avoid Massacre Like 1989 “June 4” Incident Happening Again

In the morning of June 4, 1989, China Communist regime sent armed force and full-equipped soldiers to massacre the students and citizens who urged exercising political reform by using tanks and machine guns. China Communist authorities cruelly suppressed the world-famous patriotic democratic movement in 1989.

Now 23 years has passed, the “June 4” massacre left a hurt in Chinese people’s heart that cannot be erased; the “June 4” massacre becomes an inevitable historical problem in progress of social civilization. We ask for Chinese government to respect the history of “June 4” incident, and as a government with conscious and justice, which is responsible to let Chinese people acknowledging the truth of “June 4” massacre.

Chinese society needs democracy and freedom, as well as human rights and rule of law; Chinese people hope China to be a country with multi-party democratic constitutionalism system. Only by this way, could we prevent massacre like 1989 “June 4” incidents from happening again.
