Shi, Guanglei: End Autocratic Rule; Build a China Ruled by Law

Chinese Communist Party always flaunts China as a country ruled by law, while the laws have never been executed here, and China is far from a country ruled by law, but one that ruled by the authorities at their own will, whose orders and commands overwhelm the law, thus the society is ruled by one-party despotism. People around China, as well as people around the world, have recognized the real evil face of the Communist Party by its backward and fierce autocratic rule that hinder the free economy and destruct the traditional culture.
The political corruption is now affecting economic operation, which makes the economy situation emerges autocracy, monopoly, and corruption. On the contrary, the situations in western countries are totally different, where the politic is clean, although all kinds of economy problems might be exist. While the situation in China is just opposite, this is abnormal and also brings damages to economy.
The legal system in China got ruined by the Communist Party’s one-party autocracy, which causes a defective legal system. Since the Party’s power under no supervision, if Chinese people suffer prosecution from the Party, they have no method to express their grievance.
Only by ending the Communist Party’s autocratic rule and establishing a country ruled by law, could the Chinese people’s interests get protected, could we build China into a country with democracy and freedom.
