Art is a very important civic speech, freedom of public expression of art is the artist as citizen's basic rights.
China so-called "freedom of speech" is nothing but a "beautiful talk." Today's China, only citizens have the constitutional freedom of speech vague terms, without the support of the protection of citizens to freedom of expression of specific, rigorous, rational legal system (including the implementation of the program, particularly important).
