Meng, Qingwei: Chinese Government is Responsible to Protect Environment

Many Chinese people lack of the education of environment protection since they were young, which is directly relates to the unreasonable education policy made by Chinese government. In today’s society that economy develops rapidly, environment protection is an important work that the government must pay attention to. In China, the government, as well as its officials, only focus on economy development, ignoring the environment protection, directly discharging waste gas, waste water, and other wastes to the nature, which causes the environment get severely polluted.
We appeal the Chinese government to pay attention to environment protection while developing economy, by enhancing environment protection investment and propaganda. On the one hand, we should save energy, by using advanced energy technology to increase resource utilization rate; on the other hand, to develop new, clean resource, such as solar energy, wind energy, and water energy.
Environment protection is to protect human’s homeland, which is also the responsibility of each country, the environment pollution in China is the most serious around the world, so the Chinese government have to take the responsibility to enhance environment protection education, gradually improving people’s environmental awareness, making more people to take part in the environment protection work, to make a contribution to environment protection.
