Jin, Zhushan: Urge Chinese government making a Contribution to Environment Protection

In today’s China, everywhere dumped rubbish, flow waste water, and filled with dust and toxic gas. The serious environment pollution threats Chinese people’s health and even their lives, the source of the pollution mainly come from the large scale industrial enterprises. Many people in China suffer various diseases due to their contact to rubbish, drinking polluted water, breath polluted air.
For many years, in order to develop economy, and to purse output and economic benefit, the Chinese government ignores the work of environment protection, which causes the destruction of forests and green fields, soil erosion, the reduce of green fields and deserts to appear. Some Chinese officials even have not realized the serious environmental crisis.
The environment has paid heavy price for economic development; the Chinese government has to realize this problem, enhancing the legislation and execution of environmental laws. And the most important thing is that China needs to reform the current social system, only a China with democracy and the rule of law is the basic guarantee for environment protection.
