In 1989, most Chinese people thought Chinese army would never suppress them, neither would shoot them, while the fact shows that people’s judgment was wrong. In the early morning of June 4, 1989, Chinese government sent Chinese army to shot the students and citizens who participated in the rally, and created the June 4 slaughter, the army served as the main role that suppressing the democratic movement in 1989.

It was not an accident for the happening of June 4 event, since the communist authoritarian regime sustains its power by using guns to suppress the people. As to the control of the army, the communist party has a world-famous theory that is “State power comes out from the barrel of the gun”. The reason why there are so many authoritarian regimes collapsed is that their armies stand on the people’s side, and the barrels of the gun do not follow the command of the authoritarian regimes. For example, the collapses of the autocratic regimes of Tunisia, Egypt and Libya are realized on the condition that the army refuses to suppress its people.

Chinese people should concern about how to prevent the army from shooting them, and the first thing to do is to stop the authoritarian regime from ordering the army to open fire towards the people. To achieve this, the only condition is that the communist ruling group must abdicate the control to Chinese army, and gives the command of the army back to the country and the people, to keep the army neutral, and to realize the nationalization of the army.
