Chinese society is a corrupt authoritarian regime, the government officials of which possess absolute power that beyond the bind of the law, and neither does it under the supervision of the people. Absolute power will definitely result in absolute corruption, which is commonly accepted by the world. However, instead of figuring out the problem from the corrupt system, Chinese government contains corruption only by some powerless disciplines, the corruption is getting more and more rampant as a result.

Almost no official in Chinese government is not corrupt, as the consequence of the abusing of state power, and the victims of corruption is the country and ordinary people. In order to make the anti-corruption to be effective, its process must be public and clear, and any government official, no matter what background or what level he is in, must under investigation in accordance with the law, as long as he had participated in corruption. At the same time, the people must be allowed to take part in the supervision of the power of the government and the officials. And the most important is, the success of anti-corruption must rely on a democratic system that practices the separation of the power with the rule of law.
