From the situation of the army in the countries around the world, the armies in democratic countries keep neutral in political affairs, and they do not get involved in political disputes among various parties, that is to say, they keep away from the power struggles among the parties or within the government. The army of democratic countries belongs to the country and the people, and the command of which belongs to the government that elected by the people. This is a significant condition for democratic countries to maintain stability.

In today’s China, the communist regime long controls Chinese army since it gained the domain of China. It raised the theory of “The party holds the barrel of the gun”, which asks for absolute obedience to the central regime from Chinese army and the soldiers. Over sixty years, the communist regime sent the army to suppress armless folks for several times, including the June 4 slaughter in 1989. As to the ethnic conflicts in Tibet and Sinkiang, the communist government used force to suppress them with no hesitates.

Today, the democratic consciousness of Chinese people is gradually awakening, people ask for democratic freedom in China. In order to realize democracy in China, a national army is in first need. The nationalization of Chinese army directly relate to the destiny of the country and the people, although the communist regime tries its best to prevent Chinese army from being nationalized, the history will make a choice, the nationalization of Chinese army is round the corner.
