In recent years, the Chinese government still strictly control the Internet. It aims to prevent the people from freedom of speech by using Internet. Most of the people make the comments freely through BBS ,newspapers or blogs and so on ,the contents of which almost being filtered and vetted by Government Internet Censorship.

Chinese netizens can't make the points which are considered inappropriate by government. Some of them make the speech to express  thoughts and interests ,which are blocked by government for the reason of affecting stability and unity as well as damaging national security, even holding the responsibility of the parties.

Open-Web must be the first step before starting freedom of speech. It provides a justice platform and conditions for spreading civilization concepts of democracy freedom and human rights, based on its convenience and efficiency. We appeal that Chinese government will cancel censorship and make the Internet fully opened.
