Mu,Dunying:Absolute Power Generates Absolute Corruption

Power might result in corruption, Lack of supervisory must lead to corruption. That is the truth which has been proved over and over again by the amount of facts. Wherever there are uncontrolled powers, there would be corruption existence. Power can bring corruption out, absolute power can generate absolute corruption. If there was no restriction of power by constitution system, power certain would expand to the absolute one.
Illegal power expansion is the principal form of resulting in lots of corruption issues. No privilege of ‘no-need supervised’ should be gained by any organizations and the individual. However, at present China, the Chinese Communist Party leads everything and takes long control of social system. There are no reforms in policy, social system is undemocratic and opacity. The government’s institution is short of checks and balances ,so is the news media. Government blocks dissidents and does not accpet people’s petition. Under such circumstances, it’s just empty talk about relying on system to combat corruption.
Confront request of people and whose wishes of rooting out corruption through system, the Chinese Communist Party must reform political institution that depends on the new democratic law system to combat corruption. Nothing but doing like this can guarantee success of anticorruption.
