Liu, Feng: Democracy system must be established in China

A free and democratic system is adopted by most countries in the world today. A country＇s people have the right to choose the country＇s social system. The social system of all the democratic countries is chosen by their people, because the biggest beneficiaries of democracy are the people. The majority of the Chinese people have realized that the Communist Party’s (CCP) dictatorship is not people’s "savior", but the murder. Chinese people have seen the problem. If the CCP continues to rule China, continue to oppress the people, China will face the fate of growing crises. Without the establishment of a democratic system, the country will have no future.
At present, the political system of China is the dictatorship of the CCP. It is not chosen by the Chinese people. In fact, the CCP’s dictatorship is the root of corruption and a lot of social problems. The CCP’s one-party autocracy has seriously hindered the process of democratic reform in China.
If the democratic system has been built in China, the CCP wouldn’t be allowed to dominate the country recklessly, to suppress the people with army. Also, there wouldn’t be serious political corruption and moral decay in Chinese society. The Great Culture Revolution and the June 4th event of 1989 wouldn’t happen. All of these issues have demonstrated that the democracy system must be established in China.
