Zhai, Qiwei: Tripartite political system must be established in China
翟启伟(Zhai,Qiwei)
The Chinese Communist Party has ruled China for more than 60 years, when the ruling party and administrators are not divided; legislation and judiciary are not divided; no department is independent. In China, administration, legislation, and judiciary are all combined together. Currently, the biggest problem in China is the rule of law. The powerful and officials in China can get away from the restriction of law. Some Chinese officials even claimed that they are the law. Power can be beyond the constitution. Governmental officials collect millions of fortune by trading power with money. Chinese people are treated arbitrarily. The rule of law has been replaced by the rule of man.
To establish democratic policy is the common wish of every Chinese people as well as a historical trend. The CCP government should recognize the current situation, follow the historical trend, and push the democratic revolution. Facts have proved that China needs independent judicial system. The government, power and officials all should be regulated by the law.
The realization of tripartite political system (administration, legislation, and judiciary) is the foundation of rule of law and public voting. In this case, people can become the master of the country, and people’s human rights and freedom can be protected. Therefore, the national stability and prosperity can be achieved.
