Liu, Zhen: The Key to Punish Corruption is to realize Democracy and Rule of Law
刘振(Liu,Zhen)
Chinese corruption has become a model from the top to the bottom level. All levels of governmental officials are corrupt, from the grass-roots village officer to central governmental officers, city mayors, and even senior governors. Governmental officials hold the handles and weakness of each other. As long as there is power, there is corruption. Corruption has infiltrated to everywhere, no fundamental cure can be found.
The Chinese government chanted in so-called “anti-corruption” slogan, anti-corruption meetings are holding every day, anti-corruption departments and commissions for Discipline Inspection are set in every level of government. However, all the departments are the same, only to deceive the public. Government-lead anti-corruption activities are using obedient corrupt officials to check disobedient corrupt officials. There is no way to solve the problem by the corrupt government. The result of using corrupt officials can only lead to common corruption and hell-bent coexists with Chinese Communist regime.
Government-lead anti-corruption only happens when the Chinese people are strongly against corrupt officials, which only to peace the public anger with sacrifices of some corrupt officials. The serious corruption has become a stumbling block in the development of Chinese society. The effective punishment of corruption is the key to reform Chinese social system, and to achieve democracy, freedom and legality.
