The China Democracy Party member Mr. Yufu Zhu said, the democracy could not fall off from the sky. He will spend his whole life to fight for changing the unreasonable things in society, and he will let the all over the world know how the prison is in China. He also said, China needs the system of democracy. China will be no future without democracy. The corruption in China will be grown seriously more and more. Mr. Yufu Zhu indicated that request for democracy must face sacrifice, and keeping movements of democracy must face prison. However, he will fight for ideal, and he prepared for death in prison already. Mr. Yufu Zhu was arrested by Chinese government with the crime of “ Overturn the regime of country’’ and was put in prison for 7 years. This tragic truly evidence confirmed that Mr. Yufu Zhu is fearless for democracy when he faced death.
Mr. Yufu Zhu was imprisoned with crime of “ Overturn the regime of country” by Chinese government. Mr. Zhu complies with the constitution of China, and he invoked the process of China democracy revolution. However, he was arrested and imprisoned by Chinese government. The judgment of Chinese government is autocracy obviously because in China the politics is not transparent , and the justice is lack of credibility.
China needs system of justice that must be controlled under legislation, justice and administration, which makes the legal system be implemented so that we can use the “Legal System” to instead of “Autocracy”. Then the basic human rights and freedom of personal opinion could be guaranteed. We strongly against that Chinese government arrested and imprisoned China Democracy Party member Mr. Yufu Zhu and request release Mr. Zhu as soon as possible!
