Thirty years ago, Chinese government implemented the “One-Child” which was the new policy about birth control in order to control the speed of increasing population. Chinese government thought: the population was growing fast, which blocked the development of economy. Only “One-Child” and the policy birth control could relief the speed of growing population in order to reduce the quantity of population and improve the level of the economy. Chinese people would become wealthy as soon as possible.

Creating the offspring is the laws of nature for human. The normal reproduction and keeping fertility chain are inevitable progression of human life, and pregnancy is the reason of keeping continuity for human. The pregnant women having babies reflects the basic rights of women. The abortion is forbidden in many countries of the world. However, Chinese government implemented the policy of birth control and forced the women to take abortion with the reason of fast population growing and blocking economic development.

Chinese government clearly defined with the legal form. The women of childbearing age can’t have the second child even the third child under the policy of “One-Child” and birth control. Offenders would be punished seriously. “One-Child” the policy of birth control is inhuman, which against the natural law of the human development, and it is the wrong policy. We invoke Chinese government to stop the “One-Child” the policy of birth control immediately.
