Liu, Yanhong: The root of the serious corruption in China is the problem of the constitution

The right of the government not belongs to people in China, and it just belongs to government officials. The right of the officers are not restricted by law and supervised by public, which makes the Chinese government officials not allow the law and put their rights over the law, even escape supervise from public. Today, Chinese government totally forgot their responsibility is serving for Chinese people. Their behavior makes them lost the confidence from public. They just thought that if the rights can’t be used, it will be expired. Therefore, the government officials are unauthorized to get money illegally for themselves.
In China, the government officials means wealthy, and the normal public people means poor. There is opposite relationship between these two groups, which causes the serious contradiction of society. Corrupt officers use the defect of the constitution and weakness to escape supervise of law and become hedonism and life of debauchery gradually. Many of officers became the corrupt elements.
There are a lot of corruption examples of Chinese officials, but they have one common character which is they use the rights to carry out the autocracy, and they use the weakness of the law and public supervise to exchange the money and get the huge benefits unscrupulously. The facts show that the reason of the serious corruption is the constitution problem of Chinese government.
