Today, the water and air is polluted in China. More and more food subject to varying degrees of pollution in daily life, and contaminated food is a direct threat to the health of the people. For decades, the Chinese government attaches importance to economic construction, and pursue the economic efficiency. They do not attach importance to the protection of the environment, which cause the deterioration of the overall environment and exacerbating the pollution problems of food production.
The data shows that hundreds of millions of people lack access to clean drinking water, people in some areas have drunk the contaminated water for long time. In addition, in some rural areas, the water of irrigated farmland is polluted seriously. In such conditions, the grown vegetables and production of food containing toxic substances can’t be judged whether it is toxic or not from appearance of the food. Finally, the toxic food appear on the table of the people.
Many Chinese people are concerned about environmental problem. Chinese government must pay attention on environmental protection, and the importance of using various media campaigns to protect the environment, in order to improve people's awareness of environmental protection, and strengthen environmental protection legislation. Increase the environmental protection funds and contribute to environmental protection.
