Today is December 10, 2011, is also the World Human Rights Day. 64 years ago, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution section 217A and the promulgation of the famous "Universal Declaration of Human Rights". The declaration pointed out: everyone has right for life, liberty and personal security, and also has right of the freedom of speech, expression of the right for freedom of opinion and conscience, and not to be subjected to torture. Post of the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" is an important milestone in the history of human progress.

However, during these sixty-three years, China has been dominated under the rule of the Chinese Communist authoritarian government. The human rights is just the Constitution sounding term, but in fact the human rights of the Chinese people suffered wanton deprivation and ruthless trampling of government officials, we can say in China, there is no human rights, and the human rights just belongs to a small part of the privileged class patent. For most Chinese people, the human rights is impossible. China's senior officials, wealthy people and the official second-generation, rich-second generation who can transcend above the law, killing attractiveness, corruption can’t go to jail. However, Chinese people have to face the purely fictitious miscarriage of justice, and they can’t get paid labor wages. No human rights and no justice events have happened always. We want to change the status of China and take great effort for Chinese people to have real democracy, freedom and human rights.
