Huang, Qiuxia: Stop the implementation of the "one-child" family planning policy

Thirty years ago, Chinese government started to implement the “One-Child” family planning policy. The growing of population is controlled through decades of practice. However, the policy of “One- Child” family planning causes a lot of negative problems in China society. For example: the influence of patriarchal feudal ideology, many girl babies have been subjected to the slaughter before they born, in some areas the proportion of men and women seriously disorders.

The one-child policy in the implementation process force abortion and ligation; government officials at all levels also make family planning "one-child" policy become the tool of making-money; the human rights is violated by "one-child" policy which causes the countless tragedies involved in hundreds of millions of women of childbearing age and tens of thousands of families.

The one-child policy has stifled normal fertility of women and violates the natural laws of human development, which causes destruction of the sex ratio of the population and breaks the age structure of the balance. We urge the Chinese government to abandon the "one-child" policy and stop the implementation of the "one-child" family planning policy.
