Since the economic reform and opening up, many people＇s views have been changed totally in China. The money has become the standard to measure all things, which makes the Chinese government at all level who control the money, power, monopoly industries and financial agency became the easiest industry to make money.
Decades of economic reform tell us that the power is not restricted by law is still the most effective rich tool of the Chinese Communist Party officials. Officials hold the power, no matter what kind of power can quickly collect money and make them become "rich". There are million households, from the economic reforms in the early become the number of billionaires among the highest in the world. The wealth is all relative to power. However, the ordinary Chinese people who do not have any power have been reduced to living gradually poverty of vulnerable groups.
Power is the most effective tool of corruption. The officials’ corruption is one of the characteristics of the Chinese Communist economic reforms of the past few decades, and this characteristic throughout the entire process of reform. The power is the most effective tool to get rich for few people in China＇s economic and political reform process. The reason why the rich man became rich is they hold the power; and the reason why the poor man became poor is they do not have power. This phenomenon is the unique characteristic of the CCP＇s one-party authoritarian society today.
