Wang, Xiongwu: China Communist party is a violation of human rights ruling party
王雄武(Wang,Xiongwu)
February 10, 2012, Mr. Zhu, Yufu, suffered a nine-year jail Democrat, was sentenced again by Chinese Communists for seven years in prison on suspicion of "inciting subversion of state power". A month later, in March 2012, the Chinese Communist Party used "subversion of state power" to sentence the only 22 years old Democrats Mr. Xue, Mingkai four years imprisonment. Communist authorities, despite the appeal of international community and human rights organizations, as well as Europe and the United States officials have demanded to release the democrats, even ignored China domestic human rights activists from all walks of life and group solidarity, bent on Zhu, Yufu and Xueming Kai sentencing practices, which indicates that the Chinese communist government is a violation of human rights ruling party.
Each of the people living in Chinese society is given rights of Constitution which include the most basic rights “human rights”. If the basic human rights are stripped, the people have no dignity, no minimum protection. Many Chinese people do not know that they were born with the most basic rights of human; and they also do not know how to fight for the rights; Therefore, the Chinese government and officials are free to violate the basic human rights of the people. From the current human rights situation in the Chinese society, China can be regarded as a poor human rights record in the world.
