Wang, Yonghua: The rule of law is the primary task of the Chinese government
王永华(Wang,Yonghua)
The majority of Chinese people do not have the basic human rights, and those living in the lowest level of society, not to mention the ordinary people. They have been discriminated in education, employment, health care, social insurance, property distribution from the government for a long time. Officials have often said to establish a "harmonious society", and the government promised to solve the problem of food and clothing for all people, so that people have the clothes to wear, food to eat and house to live.
Today, the government simply ignores the difficulties of the people. On the contrary, the government has chosen to severe restrictions in the words and actions of the people, and exploit the wealth which created by the people for a long time. Causing the children of the poor people can not afford school fees, and the people can not afford the payment of health care, even in some areas there was not enough food to eat. The so-called wealthy in China just means the wealthy of government and officials; however, the vast majority of Chinese people are still poor and backward.
At present, the Chinese government and the powers of the officials are greater than the law so that the law can not control and supervise the behavior of government officials. The facts have proved that the Chinese government, the army, the ruling party must be bound by the law but can not exercise powers beyond the constitution, and the legal powers should be caged. Therefore, we must build a society based on the rule of law in China, if there is no rule of law, the country and the people of China will be no future.
