The Chinese society is ruled by the CPC Party “One-party” for a long time. The Chinese Communist Party does not allow other political parties to participate in the ruling, so there is no political competition from other parties. Everything in China is just decided by the Chinese Communist Party one-party because there is no opposition party. The work of government has no supervision, and the power of officials lost constraint for a long-term. The corruption problem is getting worse. The anti-corruption work in China has performed for decades, not only do not have the effect of anti-corruption, but also repeated prohibitions.

Serious corruption in China, not just a handful of officials, is not executed several corrupt elements to be able to solve the problem. A corrupt political system has existed in China. If ask Chinese Communist regime to step down, and let the other ruling party to lead the Chinese, which is must be rejected by Chinese Communist regime. The Chinese communist regime is very clear that they can not to punish corrupt officials seriously; otherwise, the Chinese communist government on who is going to support? They need to rely on the officials from different level.

The corruption could make the Chinese Communist regime relatively stable, and if the anti-corruption is seriously, which will expose the dark side of the Chinese Communist Party and inevitably lead to the loss of support of the people. No officials could bear responsibility this. Conversely, if do not engage in anti-corruption, people will not agree, and so the government has to pretend to do anti-corruption, but there is no substantive effect. The Chinese government should be determined to implement political reform, gradually rigorously enforce the rule of law. Only the rule of law could govern the country and the anti-corruption could be successful.
