Li, Jian: Chinese government is obligated to obey the World Human Rights Declaration
李建(Li,Jian)
China is one of the signatories of UN “World Human Rights Declaration”, for decades, the basic human rights of Chinese people are not protected, a large number of workers lost jobs, the farmlands of farmers are took, the Children drop off from schools due to having no money to pay tuitions, the elderly cannot afford to see a doctor. The basic rights of the people given by the constitution could not be guaranteed.
The World Human Rights Declaration specifically stipulates that: Violent policy, anti-humanity, massacre, and the ignorance to human rights have become a wild violent behavior, which detained human’s consciousness.” In the past 63 years of Chinese government’s ruling, however, the autocratic ruling to the Chinese people, the long-term violent treatment towards the people, and the long-term suppression and persecution to the dissidents, human rights activists, and religious persons, have trampled China’s human right for a long time.
The Chinese government officials possess the public powers, they willfully exploit and hurt the people, so that the corruption becomes a normal thing. Some people come to protect, petition, protect rights, and then get arrested, detained, and even be persecuted to hurt, disability and even death.
China, a country with the most population in the world, must legislate and strictly execute the laws regarding the basic human rights. The World Human Rights Declaration emphasizes “it’s necessary to have human rights protected”, in order to end the massacre, violent policy and suppression. Then, the Chinese government is obligated to obey the World Human Rights Declaration, to abandon violence, stop persecution, and to obey and execute the laws regarding to the human rights, to truly improve the human rights conditions in China.
