Qu,Bo:Must establish an elected government in China
曲波(Qu,Bo)
In the November 6, 2012, Barack Obama won the U.S. election victory again, successful re-election U.S. president. This concerns people of the world, fair, equitable and transparent, all U.S. citizens to participate in the general elections, a lot of inspiration to the Chinese people, we call on the Chinese government to seriously think about the U.S. election, to learn and practice gradually American-style election.
The United States is a free and democratic country, the country's Constitution provides every American citizen has the right to vote, the election for any American citizen is both right and obligations. Members from various cities, the mayor to the state's members, governors, members of Congress and then President of the country, U.S. citizens are required to vote for the election. For many candidates, the ballot is to determine how much the number who elected parliamentarians, mayors, governors and presidents only condition. Finally, the newly elected officials of a new democratically elected government, the new government and government members must scrupulously enforce the rights conferred by the U.S. Constitution; same time, they need to accept the people's supervision.
In today's China, although the economic development to this country and brought prosperity to the people, but there are many things that need reform, such as political reform, electoral reform, etc., which is still far behind the economic development of the content needs. At present, China is the Chinese Communist one-party dictatorship of the ruling National long, people have no real sense of electoral rights. No elected officials, elected government does not exist. We hope the Chinese government to carry out political reforms, so that the people in politics, has a right to free elections, the establishment of an elected government for the Chinese community to create conditions for long-term prosperity and stability.
