A national army’s task is to defend the territorial integrity and the security of the people; the army in democratic countries would not be involved in the dispute of parties, not even mentioning about politician dispute. The army in democratic countries belongs to the country; and its command power belongs to the government elected by people. It always remains politically neutral.

Chinese army does not belong to the country and people; it is under the control of the Chinese Communist regime. It would do whatever the Chinese government orders. On June 4, 1989, the Chinese Community authorities command the national army enter Beijing, enter Tiananmen Square. The armed Chinese soldiers rode tanks, armored vehicles, using machine guns to brutally suppress students and other people. Over the past years, the Chinese government uses the army for numerous times to suppress the Tibet and the Uighur people under the name of “quelling unrest”.

China needs a peaceful and stable social environment, but also needs a free and democratic social system. Whether the Chinese army can be nationalized, it is not only related to every Chinese, it is also related to the country's future and the nation’s destiny. Though the Chinese government refuses to hand over the command right of the army, it is still a historical trend that Chinese army would be nationalized. Chinese army has to get rid of Chinese Communist authorities’ control, and truly become the country's army.
