The moralization in Chinese society is very bad. Government officials are a major group of immorality; all of them are involved in corruption regardless of their titles. Everyday there is official corruption cases. Many people just follow whatever their supervisor is doing, and are lack of ethical and moral principles. Some people add banned additive inside beverage, and put expired food into the market. Some doctors prescribe ineffective prescriptions for their own benefits. These people leave moralization behind. The immorality in Chinese society has developed into very bad condition.
Autocracy fundamentally hinders the development of morality and civilization, and all immoral phenomenons are spreading. Government officials are unethical, and some ordinary people have been assimilated. It is very normal to see things like that in China: on the city bus, nobody is willing to give their seats to the old, disabled and pregnant; people do not line up in front of the car, they would push each other to grab a seat.
Moral civilization is the basis to maintain normal social order, and also a very important prerequisite to build an equal and just society. We call upon the Chinese government to advocate moral civilization, hoping government officials can follow the law while using power, and encourage China to move forward the direction of civilization.
