Yang, Zongyin: China＇s Environmental Pollution makes People Worried

There is a common feeling among all the tourists who have been to China that China＇s environmental pollution is very serious. First, the air in China is not good, there are a lot of dust in the air, and also abnormal smelling; second, the domestic water contains heavy bleach odor. Water in many rivers and lakes is back and stink. Third, there is a lot of garbage. People can see abandoned bags of various colors everywhere, and also white foam molding plastic packaging.
Especially in recent years, dust storms in some areas in China are very frequent. In China’s northern area, people can always see sand falling like rain. In recent half year, there is fog and haze weather in many areas in China. Facts have shown that China＇s ecological environment is not optimistic.
The Chinese government advocates economic development as the focus of work. Some local governments blindly pursue economic output, and even pile up industrial, agricultural and domestic garbage into the nature environment without any treatment, and discharge industrial waste water directly into rivers and lakes, causing serious environmental pollution. All these figures are proving that China’s environmental pollution is deteriorating. We hope Chinese government can pay more attention to environmental protection, and jointly create a beautiful clean environment.
