Constitutionalism is the arch enemy of Chinese Communist Party tyranny. The core of the constitutionalism is to limit the powers of national rulers - whether monarch, government or ruling party, which is why the communist party does not like the constitutionalism, because communist party uses all power it can get to maintain its brutal dictatorship . Constitutionalism is a powerful guarantee to basic civil rights, and any government regulations and policies must meet requirement of human rights protection. Although the Chinese Communist Party claims that it comply with the Chinese Constitution, and claims that all party organizations at all levels must act within the scope of the Constitution and laws, but in real life, it is an overriding party, ignoring the constitutional system, and trampling human rights provisions of the Constitution .Therefore Chinese Communist Party is simply not a regular party in a civilized world, but a totalitarian monster.
