If a person just ruined his own money , said he was a spendthrift up , he would never say corruption , his actions are the consequences of bankruptcy , or destitute, this situation is not common because most people are not free to squander their money .
If a person is a national property ruined , or abuse their power for their own financial gain , such behavior is corrupt . It showed that corruption is not for the evaluation of individual behavior , but against the abuse of government power which led to the loss of the public interest , or a violation of social morality .
Corruption is the root cause abuse , lack of supervision and restriction of power . A reasonable system of government , not the people ＇s words and actions have too many restrictions , does not interfere with people＇s lives , and to safeguard the people＇s minimum living standard , to protect people＇s basic human rights. If a government to increase an unreasonable ban will give corrupt officials to increase a way of making money on the road , thereby increasing the problem of corruption , the public has thus increased pain and accelerate the widening wealth gap , increasing social instability. Curb corruption problem, we must strictly control the government and the powers of the officials .
