Chinese Communist authoritarian government has long persecution of Chinese people, the biggest feature is to keep the public to express their views, but do not let people openly express their views on the Government, whether written or verbal, that as long as the CCP against them, all the controls. Under the control of the CCP＇s pressure, people feel insecure, all this shows that China＇s status in the deterioration of freedom of expression.
Although China＇s Constitution has provisions that people have the right to freedom of expression, but only a dummy, the CCP＇s practice is clearly contrary to the democratic society is that everyone has their own right to expression, everyone needs the freedom of speech, Communist China a lot of manpower, material resources, limiting people＇s freedom of speech, because people have freedom of speech, China is not far away from the democratic system.
