郭忠峰（Guo，Zhongfeng） China is the world＇s most populous countries, due to the political system is flawed, human rights in China there are many long-term problems . Chinese government has also been advocated to improve human rights , however, the human rights situation has not been good improvement . The key is not to improve the human rights commitment of the government , while the government＇s action.
As the country＇s government officials, the most important thing is to understand what should be a human rights issue , official oppression and persecution of the people , a human rights issue ; police wounded people , a human rights issue ; government arrested demonstrators , rights of the people for justice , human rights problem ; using the military use of armed repression of the people , but also a human rights issue .
The Chinese government has declared: China ＇s human rights progress has been made . In fact, China ＇s human rights has not been substantially improved.
