Communist China has recently set up a " National Security Council " agency , the agency has clearly beyond the scope of party affairs of the Chinese Communist Party , without the state legislature , or as consideration and approval of the NPC Standing Committee , the law without the law ( or modified ) expressly authorized , shall not exercise any real power law mandatory ; however , the CCP has announced the establishment of arbitrary "national security committee" organization , one-party co-ordinate all the Chinese armed forces , to strengthen the nature of the one-party dictatorship .
Chinese domestic debate about the nationalization of the military problem , and now the CCP uses the national security mechanism , the National Security Committee of the armed forces not to . But in order to consolidate the Chinese Communist Party ＇s absolute leadership over the army, and declare : All Chinese armed forces command of the Communist Party of China . Outsiders believe that this approach reflects the strengthening of the Communist Party of China＇s authoritarian , but it also exposed the Chinese Communist Party ＇s ruling status concerns . Ultimately, the Chinese Communists set up a " National Security Council " organization is to strengthen the authoritarian CCP begins a new era of human rights abuses .
China only achieve independence of the judiciary , the armed forces of the country , democratic elections , the human rights situation in China can be improved radically .
