Universal human values, including democracy, the rule of law, freedom, human rights, equality and fraternity, the value of world significance criterion of universal human evolution in the long-term development, the formation, as well as the basic system of these guidelines stipulated. These systems areas constitute the history of mankind, the highest possible level of civilization of any nation, will receive the final evolutionary fate of such a system. Universal human values, nor is it unique to capitalism, it is the common pursuit of human values, is truly universal, and it is no civilization or religion can not confrontation.
