CCP often "subversion of state power" to prosecute those who criticize the Chinese Communist Party , in fact, this is ridiculous .
State law called the CPC regime , refers to government People＇s Republic of China , despite the country＇s regime without free elections , the lack of a popular mandate , does not have the legitimacy, especially due to the current deepening social contradictions , opposition officials and the public an unprecedented violent social corruption has People＇s patience more than the bottom line , more and more people in this country strongly dissatisfied with the regime , but really want to subvert the regime , or even completely overthrow the People＇s Republic of China , but also just a handful of militants , most critics still hope within the system peaceful reform .
