Chinese people have long lack of basic civic education, civic widespread lack of civic consciousness, and thus, Chinese citizens often only few people, only sky feudal lords (refer to Chinese officials), no modern society servants.
CCP master something for the people, little people only grateful, worship leaders care about people.
