China has no independent judiciary, legal judgment is just acting, a lot of major corruption cases , a great influence even international attention , can seriously expect the CPC in accordance with legal procedures , laws punishing corruption stated , warning officials of law-abiding , overhaul officialdom culture.
But in fact, the CCP judicial intervention , a trial drama rehearsal deliberately against political opponents.
