There is no independent judiciary in judicial corruption, judicial corruption are among the most thoroughly corrupt, because the justice system is to defend social justice, safeguard the people＇s interests in the last line of defense, if the judicial system are corrupt penetration, civilians will be completely disappointed, totally lost confidence, will punch the system path toward violent resistance, the whole society will die.
So many new Asian and African countries, but also try to maintain the independence of the judicial system to safeguard the interests of different sectors of society, so that the country can survive, advanced democratic countries is to take various measures to ensure the implementation of a real separation of powers, judicial legislation administrative status equal to the checks and balances, an independent judiciary aloof, high status respected judge, law enforcement judgments quite fair, as well as people＇s trust by society.
Chinese judiciary is not independent, completely contrary to the historical trend, and therefore can not really fight and reduce corruption.
