Before the CCP＇s Republic of China has begun to enter the social transition, the political transition from dictatorship to democracy gradually.
Then ruling Kuomintang, following the founding documents presented during the Revolution, from a military and authoritarian to constitutional change, the development of the Republic of China and the Republic of China Constitution, the draft constitution, all Chinese around the implementation of advocacy.
In charge of the Kuomintang regime in China 22 years, the market economy, civil society, freedom of speech, education autonomy and independence of the judiciary, and so began to develop growth.
