Wang, Yueze: China needs democracy
王跃泽(Wang, Yueze)
Newspapers often publish a democratic national government officials announced his resignation because of major disasters, almost causing Chinese folk always appreciated, by contrast, Chinese officials obsessed with power hang on, no matter how big a disaster occurs causing much damage, never take the initiative to resign.
By voluntarily resigned, automatic liable for gross negligence, not only in the spirit of the Constitution democracy, respect for public opinion also reflects, elected officials should show a high degree of political awareness and responsibility to ensure that the government can improve their work, people can ease the grievances, countries can learn from move on.
Chinese officials is completely another thing, after the disaster incident, officials at all levels perfunctory indifference, looking for an excuse to shirk stakeholders, and even blocked messages to conceal the facts, do not let people know the truth.
No matter how great the damage caused casualties, how painful social effects, without any officials responsible for the initiative to resign, even if sometimes the lower minor official duties as a scapegoat removed, probably soon transferred to other duties, and then continue to seek personal gain promotion to curry favor.
As long as the Chinese Communists uphold tyranny, the CCP officials, especially senior officials, would never resign for a variety of catastrophic events, which is determined by the nature of the Chinese Communist autocracy. CCP enjoy all the privileges, accepting large bribes, corruption voluptuous pleasure, family, relatives and each other to heaven, being touted everywhere flatter, and the benefits of this status nothing resign immediately, so all of them to seize and hold an official position, hilarious not step down unless the people uprising, these corrupt officials will collapse and disappear.
China needs social justice, China needs democracy.
