Chinese government officials repeatedly violated the human rights of people, the event officials persecution of human rights, as the government lacks the legal constraints of their condition. For example, many local governments in order to expand the urban construction, government officials for performance, the use of violent demolition of houses, forced expropriation of farmers＇ land. Victims do not even give proper and reasonable compensation for the loss.
Violations of human rights is the government, because the government executed a wrong autocracy, authoritarian government officials do not speak under the law, the implementation of the rule of man policy to the people. Human rights situation in China is so bad, totally regarded as a poor human rights record, the country.
China＇s constitution gives Chinese people a variety of rights, basic human rights is one of them. When a person has been stripped of basic human rights, human dignity, no, there is no equality. Therefore, we call on the Chinese government and officials to improve human rights, and effectively protect the basic human rights of the people.
