Communist Party caucus has a huge machine, the organization throughout the country, set up layers of committees, organizations, propaganda, united front so departments, employing millions of full-time party and government cadres, party committees also offer countless newspapers, local party committees are occupied senior construction, such a huge party machine, the CCP claimed that only rely on party membership dues to maintain, is simply irresponsible remarks nonsense.
